All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive an email notification as soon as your package has been handed over to the carrier. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Estimated Shipping Times
Since we partner with premium global suppliers to bring you the best value, shipping times vary depending on your location:
United Kingdom: 7-12 business days.
Europe: 7-15 business days.
Rest of the World: 10-20 business days.
Note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

3. Multiple Shipments
To optimize delivery speed, if you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
PureUniq is a company based in the United Kingdom. For international orders (including those to the EU), the customer is responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by local authorities. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

6. Incorrect Addresses and Failed Deliveries
It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address. If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address or failure to collect the item from the post office, any additional shipping costs for re-delivery will be the customer's responsibility.
